I was surprised at reply from DOT team. 

Back ground

DOT Diary 146 ★ DOT Boycott - にん肉の巨人★ﾄﾞｰﾝｵﾌﾞﾀｲﾀﾝｽﾞ

* Our request

In the Kronos event, we recruited members from cooperated alliances and fighted together in event alliance named Japan本陣2. And finish fourth rank. After that, the recuruited members returned to the original alliance, and the other main members also returned to the original alliance of Japan本陣継続中.

The above is only our event alliance. 

The next week, we found there was cheaters and noticed that we spent huge gems due to it. We complained DOT team about it and we received Level 25 Kronos as compensation.

However, the subjects were that DOT team provided it to the main members who moved to Japan 本陣継続中 alliance and the remaining members who did not joined in 4th rank.

In other words, members who returned to the other alliance were not able to get the additional compensation. Despite the huge consumption of gems due to cheaters.

We explain the situation with evidences. And we proposed to the DOT team that we can send the participant ID number list, but DOT team replied about only countermeasures for huckers.

In addition, DOT team replied to us that we were not the members of 4th rank. Our name is just same but not in the 4th alliance at that time. Of course we replied it was wrong but DOT team never reply for that. They just left it.

So we asked DOT team at least DOT team must find out the reason why DOT provided level 25 Kronos to wrong person. Maybe DOT team was very busy and decided just for the alliance compensation. Maybe not possible to find out who joined in the 4th alliance or DOT team just made a mistake and provided it to them.

Because if we know the reason, we can understand. And we can consider countermeasure for the next event.

DOT team was not serious.

We just asked the reason why it happned. 

But DOT team never read our message seriously and intentinally ignore it we feel.

So I quit this game because DOT team has no hospitality.
