I got a reply but could not recieve clear explanation. 

I requested DOT team to reply the reason again.

The below is original diary. 

During Kronos event, our alliance got 4th rank but spent huge gems due to huckers. So I complained to DOT team to compensate 24000 gems. Then DOT team provided another lvl 25 Kronos who happened to be in the alliance during next week of Kronos event. 

クロノスイベントで4位になったのですが、チーターが居たため、ジェムの消費が激しかった事から、私は運営へ24000ジェム（10トークン）を補償として要望しました。その後、運営はクロノスイベントの翌週に同盟に「たまたまいた人」だけに、25レベルのクロノスを追加で配りました。

私と数名は他の同盟にヘルプなどで「たまたま不在だった」ため、そのクロノスは貰っていません。

I and some mates didn't recieve it cos we went to other alliances for helping vp war during next week of Kronos event. 

This is all chat record.

以下はその件に関する、運営とのやり取り記録です。

平たくいうと

1. 悪い人のせいでジェム消費したから、24000ジェム下さい
2. （回答はなく、一部メンバーだけにクロノスを配ったものの、たまたま他の同盟に移動していたメンバーには対してダメとの回答があり）「間違っていますよ。証拠写真を送ります。必要ならばIDも送ってサポートしますよ」と、伝える。
3. （ジャスティンからアクションとるとの回答があったが、チャットをクローズしようとしたため）チャットクローズはしたくありません、アクション（補償）をお待ちます。
4. （回答無いので）みんなに今回の件、意見聞きたいので、SNSにあげるね

この後回答は今のところありません

I will send this URL to DOT team. Within 1 week, If I can't recieve clear reason why we cannot recieve lvl 25 Kronos, I will quit this game.

もし、1週間以内にキチンとした理由（なぜたまたま外にいた我々が貰えないのか）を回答貰えなければ、引退します。

そしたら、みんなで移住しましょう(笑)

Today my mate recieved this wrong reply.... 

同盟で一緒に戦った仲間に対して「あんた偽名を騙っているでしょ？」だそうな。どんな調査をしたんでしょうか？？
